"I wasted a week waiting for him to come back to me after speaking to him initially. He then rang to say he said he would ring me later that week to either come round on the Thursday or Friday. He didn't ring. Or come round. I haven't heard from him and have wasted all this time waiting for him. Maybe the job wasn't big enough? It's a shame as we have 2 showers to go in as well, but we won't be asking him for a quote. "
