As I am away from the property where the stop cock was leaking at the moment all conversation regarding the job took place over the telephone.I felt confident that Kevin was knowlegable about my problem and thought his quote was fair so I was happy for him to do the job without even meeting him. I need a reverse osmosis filter installed in the kitchen. It is a on-the-counter unit. Basically, I need the plumber to do the cold water feed for it. The drain tube will just go to the sink. And I need it as soon as possible. Thank you.

to move 4 water and 1 gas pipe under floor boards. Currently these run parallel on wall 1ft above floorboards over 12ft length (was the kitchen) And to service boiler.
I very nice guy, he arrived early, worked all day with virtually no breaks and did a great job.

old toilet with wall-mounted plastic cistern which has become detached from wall. Wall damp so would like to replace with back to wall close coupled model NOT requiring wall mounting. Need advice on suitable model and removal of old model.
The plumber arrived on time and did the work I asked for quicker than I expected. I am very pleased with the result and thought the price was very good value.

I need someone to dismantle the old kitchen sink mixer tap and replace it with another one which I already have. Also to replace in each of my two bathroom sinks (one upstairs, one downstairs) the existing separate hot and cold taps with a mixer tap (which I have already bought). All three new mixer taps already have 2 flexible hoses/pipes each, so maybe except for the odd washer or something like that I really just need the labour.
Roy came on time, was very friendly, honest and helpful. He did a brilliant job replacing my taps and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use him again next time I need a plumber.

Pipe from toilet leaking. Also pipe from sink leaking. Also taps very stiff and have trouble turning on and off. Ideally work to be carried out Sat morning (16th)

Updated : We think the leak might be coming from a broken drainpipe on the outside wall of where the damp patch has appeared inside. If it's this we would need the drainpipe replaced. However, the bath drainage pipe is also near where the leak is and may be causing it. Budget: We don't know and supose it depends on the cause of the leak and what needs doing to fix it, but we are open to discussion. Original : Large damp patch on kitchen wall due to an unknown leak.
