"James is very hard working and is available after working hours too. He fixed my problem with the washing machine and also the toilet flush. However, he didn't complete the work on my dripping tap (still dripping) and since he left, my bath room tap is causing problems. It would be fair to say he is good at fixing some problems but not finishing the job. Considering he made two trips to my flat, I feel disappointed that I will have to call for another plummer. "
