Budget I'm not sure

Job Water is leaking when shower is used through to ceiling below. Tile grout is maintained but we need waterproof membrane underneath tiles for watertight sealing.

Budget Under £250

Job Want a sink removed from a bedroom and capped off, plus a couple of other minor jobs, leaky front room radiator, bathroom tap only allows small amount of water through and minor leak from toilet sistern.

Job Remove damaged bath. Relocate WC pan. Fit 800 x 800 shower tray and cubicle. Fit surface mounted shower mixer unit.

Budget Under £100

Job To plumb in washing machine and dishwasher. All pipes and outlet pipe already in place. Just needs attaching and testing. Toilet also needs unblocking. Already tried sulphuric acid. Don't worry it is a clean bowl.
