I had a number of quotes that were similar but decided to go with Zap. This was based on the quality service I had received during the quotation stage including providing me with clear and concise answers to a number of questions I had. James and the team installed the boiler and fitted thermostat valves to the radiators. I can not fault the quality of the work man ship and also the fact they left having cleaned up. As a result I have asked them to quote for some other plumbing work. Graham

Bathroom shower enclosure, shower tray and power shower need replacing , bath and basin need resiting to make better use of the space. Evidence of damp coming through wall of adjacent toilet , shower leaking in some way suspect its when in use but could be pipework behind tiling ?? Will need new towel rail and new flooring ?u/f heating.
