Council Sink Unit W13/04. The black hose that fixes to the underside of the kitchen sink has come away, needs sealed.
They were prompt, fixed the issue quickly and the repair did not break again. They tidied up and they were very polite and professional.

This is a two part job, a tale of two different showers, one an electric shower (not a power shower with pump though) in an en suite shower cabinet and one an "over the bath" non-electric shower mixer. (1) The electrical shower is a New Team "Nine.Five" which has suffered from low pressure issues and has completely stopped working- with the "Low Pressure" indicator constantly lit when the shower is turned on and the shower hasn't been used for several months. My intention is to replace the electrical shower unit with a new model (Though not a New Team Model) and have any issues with water pressure resolved. Advice on suitable and reliable electric shower replacements are sought. Any replacement and fitting should ideally cause the least disruption as my main concerns surround things like access to water pipes, electrical connections and whether removal/damage to wall tiles, etc will be required. (2) The non-electrical shower is a straight swap out of an old Bristan Solo Thermostatic Bar Shower valve with a new one.

The toilet in the bathroom is broken and needs replaced with a new toilet bought from b and q asap
His response time and solution to my problem was swift, saved me having to lug a new toilet from B and Q..He was able to fix the problem on the day and was early..quick efficient friendly and gave advice on maintaining the flush.
