"Grant and Graham turned up right on time and quickly found the cause of the pressure drop and fixed it (a minor leak from one of the radiators). They were not phased by the fact that my radiators are all victorian. They seemed very honest and have advised that I do not need a service agreement as they feel the boiler is sound and so paying monthly would be unnecessary. They have assured me if anything does go wrong in the future they will come out immediately whatever time or day !"
