We have recently moved house and our new house is rather cold. On the face of it, the heating comes on, however a number of radiators have cold spots (despite the system having been drained) and also when the heating is on, the boiler doesn't seem to be constantly on (when on the face of it, I would expect it to be). Hence this may be a combined radiator and boiler issue. I essentially want the situation fixed. We will be doing some renovation work later this year during which we will likely replace the boiler and plumbing.

Two jobs (possibly one more): Heated air radiator in front room is always 12 hours behind. Therefore the room is hot in the early morning but not at night. That needs altering with maybe a 24 hour dial fitted. Also would like hot water pressure boosted in kitchen. Plus we are also looking into possibility of having a shower fitted

I would like the current boiler removed from the hall and a new comby boiler situated in the loft if possible. I have a pump on the shower bacause of low water pressure and hopefully this will remedy that.
From quote to completion, HEH were professional and curtious. The work was completed within the time stated and even some unknown issues which arose were sorted amicably. The guys were tidy, punctual and trustworthy and I have no problem referrering them to anyone who needs a professional plumber.
