1. Update small bathroom (c2.2m x 1.8m)to be safer for older person and more modern(with thoughts about space saving)
2. Rip out and dispose of existing pedestal sink and wc replace with built in sink/wc unit
3. Rip out and dispose of bath, replace with 1700x800 shower with sliding door
4. Replace old electric shower unit with new unit
5. Remove and dispose of all tiling (currently to ceiling around bath, elsewhere half way up walls and around sink)and replace with new tiles to ceiling on all wet walls, elsewhere new tiles half way up walls
6. Add in-shower seat wall mounted/folding (if space permits)
7. Re-Fit hand rails to provide support in/out of shower and by wc
8. Replace electric fan heater with more modern/efficient heater
9. Replace electric extractor fan with more modern/efficient fan
10. Replace old single bulb ceiling light with updated lighting

Saniflo unit has not been functioning correctly for a while and has been switched off pending a service. An intermittent knocking sound has now started in pipework leading to the ensuite bathroom.
Having arranged an appointment, the engineer arrived early and my problems were fixed within 24 hours of initial contact. Thoroughly efficient, professional service and at a very reasonable price. The Saniflo unit was stripped down, cleaned and serviced, the problem with the pipework identified and resolved and everything was left clean and tidy.
We have taken a card and anticipate using the company again in the future.
