I need a new basin in the bathroom and bath panel putting onto bath.

Shortening by approximately 40-50mm existing gas supply to cooker and capping off supply. This pipe protrudes from the wall at 90 degrees and prevents installation of new electric cooker. There is a short section in the pipe that can be unscrewed leaving what is left to be capped.

posted my request for a plumber following an outside pipe leak- Tristan responded very quickly- I accepted his quote and he arrived at 1.45pm, did an excellent job, cured the leak-was most professional and helpful- will use this company's services again-

1. Replace sheared stopcock beneath sink. (main task) In addition, I would also like to have 2.the ballcock adjusted to the cold water tank as it appears to drip into the overflow 3.(optional-requires Gas Safe engineer)The gas flue cowl appears to have slipped near the roofline. The air appears to flow back to the boiler when its windy which causes intermittent cut out. May need new cowl/fixing.

Leaking Thermostatic Aqualisa shower controller, also isolating valves need fitting.

My Homebuyer's Survey has revealed that there is a water stain in the airing cupboard and plumbing nearby must all be checked including that to the shower and the radiator in the bathroom. It was not possible for the Surveyor to determine the exact source of the leak so investigation by a registered plumber has been recommended.
