Gas boiler installation Replace Combi boiler with Baxi Combi boiler Additional information: I need a straight boiler swap for new one being delivered this friday so I need instalation from saturday. Old one to be removed is a halstead and a Baxi neta 24kw to be installed. pls give full price to install as dont want surprise last minute additions.

I have a new bathroom sink which I need to be fitted while doing this I also would like inspection valves fitted to the cold and hot water pipe. - to do this it will involve draining the system as we do not have inspection valves at the moment and removing the old sink. I as require a new toilet cistern to be fitted.
Joe did an excellent job replacing the sink and cistern in my bathroom. He was friendly and a very hard worker. He did all this at a very good price. I would recommend him to anybody needing plumbing work done.

Boiler doesn't seem to be firing up. It seems to be coming on but not heating the water. Not sure if pilot light is out or there is another issue. Recently had an external expansion vessel fitted as the one inside the boiler went faulty. Although I don't think the two problems are linked I can't be sure.

The property has been inspected and had a gas safety certificate issued. The plumber at the time has noted that the expansion vessel in the boiler is not functioning properly and needs replacing (which is why the radiators need regular bleeding). There were two options for replacement. Replacing the expansion vessel in the boiler or installing another expansion vessel next to the hot water tank (where there is plenty of room available). As the expansion vessel in the boiler will be specific to the boiler, I would prefer a third party expansion vessel installed in the boiler cupboard. This way the job will be a smaller job and parts easier to obtain.
Work completed on time at a fair price. Additional works incurred at time, also completed. Would highly recommend.

i have an electric shower in 2nd floor flat. for past two years the water from shower runs hot and then cold intermittently which we believe is a irregular water pressure issue. mains water pressure has been checked three times, shower has been changed twice. Looking for someone who can fix this long standing issues. flat has economy 10 electric heating with no gas. water tank is very small (size of two buckets). hot water cylinder is used for storing hot water. have seen an electric shower with internal pump as a possible option, so would need a new tank fitted in loft to feed the shower.

we have economy 10 heating in our flat . we have small water tank and hot water cylinder for the hot water only. the cylinder has two power switches. one stopped working last year and now booster switch doesn't work after the rcb tripped. rcb has been switched back on buy cylinder not heating up. no hot water may also get you to look at electric shower keeps going hot/cold, pressure is low. need a fix. also may get you to look at bath. the supports have moved so ness refitting. possibly main quote is for hot water cylinder fix
