immersion heater was replaced but we are no longer getting a regular hot water supply. Tap starts running but then stops as if water has been cut off.

Replace a 40 year old hot water tank that is no longer heating with the gas boiler and gives hot water only when the immersion heater is on (and then only a limited amount.
James and his team arrived on time and were extremely open and forthcoming on issues which were not foreseable as the worked progressed. The damage in my system was such that they had to arrange to come back which they did quickly and efficiently. No problem recommending James and his team. Dis what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

Shower tray is leaking. Just needs silicon sealant cut out and replaced. Not large job. Shower is only 5 years old, so not too messy a job I hope!

I'm not sure
- Shower connector for bath is leaking (Bath is boxed in)
- Water tank is gurgling, air trapped in system
- May have leaking radiator, need to check whether it is an issue.
- Toilet cistern minor issues.
Niall was prompt and resolved the issues quickly. He came back twice within the same day to ensure that everything was fixed as quickly as possible.

would ideally like the towel radiators to be central heated and electric. Two separate rooms. They are to replace existing radiators
