The waste pipe from the kitchen sink has come apart/broken outside and needs to be replaced. It is a plastic pipe and is on the first floor so ladders are required. I have Wednesday 1st May off work if anyone is available then.
Arrived early, did a fantastic job and at a fair price. I would thoroughly recommend these guys.alan
Very reliable and efficient. Work was on a shop I own, but I no longer live in the area. Kept me informed throughout job and completed it on time and on budget. The new tenant is very happy with the job. I would recommend this firm.Paul
Andrew was great and helped save money by not replacing the toilet but should be more transparent about the call out charge for the 2nd visit, when came back to replace the parts.Sharon
move radiator in bedroom (to wall with rad on other side).
add plumbing from bathroom sink for washing machine
perhaps turn bath so tap end is at wall for shower
Norman visited and gave a thorough quote and helped us decide what was and wasn't possible. He was easy to contact to discuss queries before the work started.
He did the work at a time that suited and to a good quality.
Separately we had a slight accident with a radiator being knocked off the wall and Norman came round quickly to help and didn't charge the earth.
Would recommend, good to find a reliable plumber for the future.Alistair
Loo is push button type the water fills up on flush but continuously runs it doesn't switch off when reaches level I've adjusted screw level but doesn't make any difference

Looking for a quote for improving the flow on a gravity feed shower in Leigh. May be a simple cause, may require a pump to be fitted
Didn't meet the plumber as he was working in a tenanted flat, but he quoted lower than his competitors, was helpful an courteous on the phone. Main job was fitting a pump to a shower which according to the tenants was carried out well.Andrew
I live in an upstairs flat on a victorian converted house and need to have a tap fitted from my cold water supply so I can use it in the garden. The kitchen has an external wall that is suitable for running the pipe down where the tap will be. So it's a fairly straight-forward connect to the water supply in kitchen, make pipe come out of the external wall next to supply, run down the wall (approx 4 metres) and mount the tap. I would also like a tap inside so I can turn it off from within the house (or one of those silver screws that stops flow if you turn with a screwdriver).
Graham turned up on site dead on time and in a very presentable van. He was very polite and advised me on best placement of the pipe/etc. He had all parts and tools with him on his van and was able to carry out a professional job in a quick timeframe. I'm very happy and would recommend without hesitation. Thank you.Stuart

I currently am having issues with my Central heating / hot water.
Initially, i would only get hot water at certain times, even though the heating would work fine. I then noticed that the radiators in the bathroom did not work when we had hot water.
Now, we only get hot water when the central heating is off. Even then it only lasts a short while.
I was advised recently, by another plumber, that it may be an issue in relation to my diverter valve. He set it to manual, but since then we do not get any hot water unless the heating is off. I believe the valve is a honeywell, and the lever is not stiff or tight it is very easy to move.
I have tried searching for clues on the internet as to the root problem, but do not know if the cyclinder is faulty, the valve is causing all the issues, the thermostat is playing up, there is a blockage somewhere or in fact something else. If anyone can advise something i can do to confirm what is wrong, it may be easier to arrange for it to be repaired.
thanks
