Leaking diverter valve on concealed Bristan shower/bath mixer (5/6 year old unit) . Mixer valve doesn't work well either. Bristan provide spares online but haven't been able to identify the parts. Am hoping someone can find and replace the parts for me.
Did a good job at finding the replacement part, and fitted it quickly.

I have a Elson Coral E electric water heater which isn't working correctly. In order to have hot water we have switch on the booster over night otherwise our water is cold. We had someone in to replace the element which has not fixed the problem.
Fixed the problem with our water storage heater where others told us the whole thing needed replacing, saving us a lot of money. He wouldn't accept money until we had tested it for a few days to ensure the problem was fixed. The price he charged was very reasonable and he was very helpful, would use again.

had system drained down, when turned on again the system started to leak.
Kevin Watson responded quickly to my first time use of RATEDPEOPLE after my cylinder sprung a leak from one of its parts. He came round within the time he said he would on the day I placed my request. Was impressed as it was a Saturday which he said he doesn't normally work. He proceeded to go straight to work on the problem which he fixed as best as he could in 20 minutes. It was the 1st time he had encountered my particular problem ("these parts never normally go wrong"), but took all the details and said he would look into the matter more and get back to me on Monday. When I asked how much I owed him, was very surprised by his fees. Over all, a MUST HAVE contact on your mobile / phone book. Would highly recommend him.
