replace copper pipe and re-plumb in washing machine to this pipe
Only had a small job but Anthony responded immediately and arranged to call following day. Arrived on time, friendly, professional, courteous. First workman I have known to clear up after himself. Would recommend to everyone for any job that needed doing. A big plus is that you feel safe with him around which in this day and age means a lot. Thank you for your help and will certainly call you again for any other jobs that I may need doing.

To disconnect and remove our current bathroom sink/pedestal and plumb in our new Ikea washstand, basin and taps.
Lee communicated well, called promptly and arrived when he said he would. He was very professional, very efficient and we would definitely recommend his services and will be calling on him again to fulfil any other plumbing jobs we need in the future.

We would like to have a power shower fitted (we will purchase the shower unit but may need recommendations). Currently there is not a power shower, just a normal shower. The airing cupboard sits directly behind the wall where the shower needs to be fitted. We have had electrical work done recently so have had a fused spur fitted in the airing cupboard which the power shower can be fed off.
We would also like to get a quote (if this is something the person doing the shower can do) on changing the the central heating controls (timer and thermostat)... ideally to a wireless control if possible.

Our power shower has sort of blown up(!) We would like a replacement and we need the power switch checked as well.

Repairs needed to kitchen sink. The piping/draining has come undone from the sink itself. Unable to reattach.
Never showed up. Settled on a time of 10am (I took a day off work to make this time). I get a ring at 8am that morning with him asking if he could come later in the day – 5pm. I agreed. 5.30pm rolls around, hasn't showed up. I figure, due to the time, he might be stuck in traffic so I decided to give him a ring. No answer, phoned him again at 5.45/6pm, still no answer. He never showed up, never gave a ring back. I found another plumber to do the job the following day, and was done for cheaper.

Water leak from the base of a corroded, Cold Water, Metal Storage Tank (100 Gallons?). Will need replacement of tank - probably with a smaller unit. Please note there is No Gas Central Heating involved!

Please can you quote to move a boiler flue to either go up through the roof or along an internal wall, depending on the max length of flue for our boiler (Worcester greenstar 30si). We also need water pipes running to a new en-suite for a toilet, shower and sink and two new radiators fitting. Our priority is the boiler flue so we can split the work up if needed.
