My downstairs toilet flush mechanism is broken. It is a dual flush mechanism which looks like it needs to be replaced due to the tensile wire has developed a kink that cannot be straightened out therefore it will flush but not return to the fill position and the water keeps running through the cistern.
Punctual and straight to work, everything sorted quickly and has made my wife far happier which to be fair is always a good thing.
Thanks for the help I'll definitely recommend to family and friends.

i have a livingroom radiator that is not working currently, it is a water heated system and the radiator has been bled but not heat is getting into the radiator, the pipes connecting are hot. the other issue is that the thermostat is broken off the radiator so this will need repaired or replaced.
I would also like a quote to install an electric shower in my shower room?

mixer tap in kitchen connected to combi boiler (electric) under the sink
Steve Bett of Avast plumbing was good at communicating and updated me as the job progressed (the job was not as simple as changing a tap). He was reliable - turned up when scheduled and solved our problem with the kitchen tap after researching the parts he required. We have a year's guarantee and overall I would recommend this firm.

Radiator to be moved - bendy pipes which come out the wall not floor - flat 1 year old so metal studwork.
Excellent work, consulted with me throughout so the end result is exactly what I wanted. Good communication throughout quote/booking in process, turned up on time and very professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended !

The radiator in my bathroom has a drip. It seems to seep out the top left hand side where you would bleed the radiator but it has gone rusty around so I think the washer is away. Also down on the bottom right hand side where you would isolate to close there seems to be water seeping from there as well.
