we have a leaking kitchen tap and suspect this needs replaced. It is a mixer tap arrangement i.e with single spout. The cistern lid of our bathroom toilet was damaged when something fell on it. We understand it is not possible to replace the cistern and that we need a new toilet. Both these jobs are in preparation for selling our house and we are looking for functional rather than designer tap/toilet. We also need this job done relatively quickly. We would like an overall quote for supply and fitting the tap and toilet. Thanks.

Stewart's sometimes a wee bit busy and can take a while to fit you in, but I suppose that's a sign of a good, popular tradesman. Can't fault the work though - highly professional.

Bathroom toilet (B&Q!) is loosely fitted to both floor and platerboard wall. The WC also has a constant leak going into bottom basen. Also would like to either fix or replace bathroom floor as existing tiles let water through due to cracking and poor instilation. Require quote for: 1/ to fix leak in toilet, and fix toilet properly to floor and wall 2/ Fix or replace the existing floor to ensure its completely water proof.
