faulty ballcock in cold water tank - resulting in the tank overflowing.
Great service.
Derek replied to my email within a couple of hours(unexpectedly,at 9:30 on Sat night!).

Power shower is not delivering hot water. Pump is running but stops when thermostating valve is turned to a hot position.

I need a price for fitting new combi 5 rads and all associated pipework.And trv's All pipework that is in at the moment will be removed by me it is microbore and full of iron oxide.it is a one bed flat in methil. The job will be getting done about a month from now once damp proofing is completed. It would be better to say it is a new install that way there is no crossed wires.
