Budget Under £250

Job I am taking over a previously repossessed house on Monday 22nd August,in Kennoway, will expect to be there by late afternoon ( possibly 5 or 6 p.m.). The water systems have been drained down and the property has a back boiler. Would like the water put back on, not sure if house stop cock or Toby. Systems checked for leaks and some advise on back boiler, as have never used one.

Job We have a shower and water heater which will need fitting, so all pipework is required, there may be further plumbing work required at a later date.
