I have a very small leak coming from the base of my bathroom cistern. It would appear to be the rubber seal at the base of the cistern that's causing this.
First job on Rated People and couldn't be happier. Chris contacted me within a few minutes of the job being posted and came out first thing the next morning. Very reasonably priced, job well done and even cleaned up after himself. What more can you ask.

James arrived promptly and was polite and knowledgeable. What at first appeared a simple job became slightly more complex partly because I had given James the wrong dimensions on the phone. The job took much longer than anticipated but James still only asked for his original quoted price. Highly recommended.

The pipe supplying water to the toilet is leaking. We have turned off the water supply to the toilet and this has stopped the leaking and are currently flushing the toilet by filling the cistern by bucket.
Very quick response and friendly service. Came out half an hour after phoning them and the leaking pipe was fixed within 2 hours. Would recommend and will be using them again.
