Hot water - heating I have hot water from my taps. Radiators are heating up. Make of boiler: Vokera Additional information: We have a Vokera boiler that has been losing pressure for the past few years. Last year we had it patched but it is very difficult to restart if turned off and so we left it on low for the winter. Now that it is warmer we are having trouble restarting, even after refilling the tank to increase the pressure.
Very quick response, friendly and helpful. I was a bit concerned about the cash policy and no official receipt at the time but they seemed trustworthy. They were reliable (in fact arrived early).

Shower unit leaking through to the kitchen and dining room ceiling from en-suite shower room. Damp noticed on kitchen ceiling first. Also ? something leaking from main bathroom into kitchen as plug unit from the bath not working and seems to be a gap behind it where water leaks through

Cold water for bath, bathroom sink and toilet currently coming off header tank rather than direct from mains. Therefore bath shower running from combi has variable temperature due to fluctuating pressure. Want to run bath, bathroom sink and toilet from mains instead. Best quote so far £160

Outlet pipe from boiler points straight into street. Boiler has been condemned until pipe can be bent round on itself pointing back to the external wall so there is no danger of boilng water shooting directly out ino the street and burning people. Flat is one floor up. (sorry explanation isn't more technical!).

Boiler switches itself off throughout the day, think it is an intermittent problem with the ignition for the pilot light.
