I live in a ground floor flat and had a new kitchen fitted 2 years ago. A drainage pipe above a false ceiling was re-directed and is now leaking. I need this plumbing work fixed. I'm guessing the false ceiling will have to be taken down so this would need to be replaced too.
Derek was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond the call of duty. He quoted under the budget and delivered on time. Great quality work diagnosing the problem in our kitchen and getting it fixed. He even used the left over paint from the kitchen to give our bathroom a fresh coat! Also fixed kitchen drawers while he was at it. All of these things he did as a kindness to us. He's always polite, professional and prompt - can't rate him highly enough and would recommend him to anyone.

hi the cold water on our mixing tap is no longer working, not a drop of cold water is coming out of it. It is not an electrical shower it's connected to the boiler. also the shower hose is damaged and would need to be replaced. Timing: ASAP

We live in a first floor flat in Glasgow. A small amount of water is leaking in the ground floor flat roof. We have been advised that the leak is coming from our property under the tiled bathroom floor. Floor will have to be lifted and possibly the outside hall carpet to check for leak. We also have one small radiator in the bathroom. Once completed we need to have the tiles replaced, refitted, along with the floor boards and carpet. there is no stopcock on my water supply to the house, apart from the main 1/4 turn valve out on the street, which I can't turn off myself as I don't have the tool. I need a stopcock valve installed on the incoming supply.

We have taken a radiator off the wall to decorate and initially had a small trickle of water due to a break in the seal. We have spliced the copper pipe work with a connector to (allow the split area to be removed whilst not affecting the height the radiator sits at). We have just gone to replace the radiator but we now have an additional small trickle of water from the connector part. We are looking for someone to come and fix this problem so that we can turn on the heating system with confidence that we are not going to flood the place.
Fantastic service. We had a radiator leak at 11pm one night and PM gas and heating came round before 8:30am next morning. Very professional and friendly giving advice and explaining what he was doing at each step. Would highly recommend and keeping number on file for any future jobs I may have
