Job Unsold Job, Updated Details : RESTATEMENT OF JOB: Current toilet outflow is by Saniflow, constantly giving problems. We are looking at viability of replacing by standard 4" soil pipe, requiring a run of about 7m, inside the house. There is ample fall available (1:60) in order to achieve connection to vertical soil pipe outside the house. Pipe would travel across bathroom & cupboard (about 2.7m), through bathroom internal wall, down through floor and then on under ceiling, against wall, back to outside wall & outside to down pipe. (A further 4.3m). Alternative pipe routings possible if they would provide easier connection. Original : Current toilet outflow is by Saniflow, constantly giving problems. We are looking at viability of replacing by standard 4" soil pipe, requiring a run of about 7m, plenty adequate 1:60 fall available to connection into outside vertical soil pipe. Pipe would travel across bathroom (about 1.5m), through bathroom internal wall, down through floor and then on under ceiling, against wall, back to outside wall & immediate connection to down pipe.

Job There is a wet patch on the wall next to the ensuite shower coming up from the floor and obviously not sure where it's coming from . It's a flat on the second floor

Budget Under £500

Job There is a leak underneath my bathroom sink and the cold water tap does not work on the bath. I was wondering, also, about replacing the bath or the bathroom suite, but it would depend on price.
