I have a limescale inhibitor fitted to the cold water supply to the boiler. It is aqua-dial combi care cylinder and reccomended to replace annually. I have the new part but cannot unscrew the existing myself. It will not budge and I do not want to damage the pipework.
Took care and time to complete the job. Friendly and informative. Would rate highly

Our property needs to have the limescale inhibitor removed from the mains supply. It is a Aquadial combi care type which I have bought, however despite being told by instructions it is easy to remove, I cannot and am concerned of damaging the pipe work if I try anymore.
I do not understand why I have been emailed. I cannot comment as this person who you say I used made no contact with me. Poor service - will not use rated again. No one contacted me at all!!
