Job We need someone to disconnect the old radiator, move the pipes that currently run along the skirting board, running them under the floor boards, and then fit a new radiator which we will provide.

Budget Under £100

Job The overflow pipe sporadically drips water as the water ball cock does not always completly close off supply and it drips into the cold water tank. I have tried replacing the ball cock but still does it. We have a cold water tank and another small water tank which also occasionally seems to overflow. This overflow of water drips out onto the flat roof.

Budget I'm not sure

Job The house has a concrete florr and currently has two separate heating/ hot water systems. Both boilers are old/ defunct. WE have sourced a Worcester Greenstar 42cdiHE Combi boiler which appears to be ideal for this size job. We have three bathrooms and 15 radiators in total.

I cannot recommend them highly enough and we have already asked them to do more work. Punctual, tidy, courteous and value for money. Budget I'm not sure

Job I need a radiator re-placed on a wall that has been damproofed (my builder has disappeared!) Plus attention to a radiator and a tap that won't turn on and a dripping garden tap.
