"Neil responded to rated people. He came to see a very dilapidated bathroom, and advised how it could be converted. He gave us a daily list of the tasks that were to be carried out to keep the bathroom going, and generally stuck to them. A nice feature was that pictures of the work were sent each day, and all the finance etc was handled electronically. Anyway Neil completely refurbished the bathroom to provide one that is now to a hotel standard! He added further touches as he went all. Unfortunately we did have a leak, but this was fixed as soon as Neil was made aware of it.Thoroughly recommend. Very reliable. This company is gold dust!"
