I currently have an electric shower in a house I bought a few weeks ago, when I tried to use it today it was not working and had tripped, I opened the isolator switch to check why I couldn't switch it and found out the cables had sort of fused together, all black and smokey in there so definitely needs sorting ASAP. I've been contemplating getting a power shower anyway so thought now could be the time to kill two birds with one stone.
Brilliant service. Explained my options well and gave a very reasonable quote. Got a date for install very quickly and he arrive promptly when he said he would. Left the bathroom in a brilliant state, better than I would have imagined. Already have him lined up to do more work. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Mr Hay was very friendly and well mannered throughout the job but he seemed to lack experience with the type of heating system that i had and the job took longer than anticipated. However, the job was completed and i am happy with the radiator fitting. He gave a fair quote which didn't change on completion. He did give a follow up / aftercare call the following day to make sure that all was ok with the work done.
