Need someone to change the horizontal coil on the immersion heater. Hopefully not the tank. Have the new coil already. But can't remove the old coil.
I would certainly use CPS again. Good work and great value.

Pipework and waste outlets repostioned for 2 new bathrooms suites. No need to fit suite as I will do that. Floorboards will be exposed to make work easier.All pipework already exists, just need moving.
Excellent communication and is very flexible whilst doing the work. Mike worked with us to solve the normal unforeseen problems and changes that occur when doing this type of work.I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone.

Leaking hot water pipe (I think..) under bath, causing floor in corner of room to be wet & making the vinyl tiles lift. Might have a pinhole leak.Pipe is easily accessible, but think leak might be at floor level. Quite a slow leak I think.

We have got a gradual leak coming from our bathroom into the downstairs flat - have looked under the bath and it's not from the bathpipes as there is no damp so we are assuming it's from either the sink or toilet as the leak is on the ceiling under the area for both.
