The plumber is friendly and helpful. He got the tap that matches my description and charged me a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

The immersion heater is not giving as much hot water as before. I had the filaments replaced 2 years ago. It might be that the current filaments need to be turned up or perhaps 1 needs to be replaced.
Its for a 2 bedromm flat in Barnet.
The tank is Mega Flow High Efficiency.
I dont believe its a big job - possibly a quick fix.
Great communication but felt a little ripped off for was was effectivley 15 mins of time

To plumb in the bathroom. Pipes are there. Need sink and bath done. Toilet checked, towel rail connected, waste pipe run from washing machine to drain.
Gas hob connected, though I could sub this out separtately if you are not registered to do this.
Job to be done in the next couple of days. Need a site visit asap as we need to chase the washing machine pipe into the wall and need to know what to do so that you can connect the plumbing. Reason for rush is that the plasterers and decorators are going and we need to sort out the chase and wall repair before they leave. On going work for the right tradesman. Job is in East Barnet and access is at any reasonable time.

I live in a flat which has a Heatrae Sadia Megaflo Unvented water heater model DD210 installed when the flat was built in 2003. It works on economy 7 and has 2 thermostat/heating control: one for off-peak and one for immersion. Both have stopped working (even if the cut-out switch is reset). I guess both needs replacing.
Very efficient and displayed perfect knowledge of the product and work required.

I'm not sure
I have an Overflowing f&e tank. Starts to drip when I turn on the central heating.
Only got one quote and was sceptical at first. They answered back in less than 30 mins.+++
The engineer came the following morning after agreeing the quotation.
Resolved the problem due to blockage and advised next steps.
Would deal with them again,

I'm not sure
My toilet cistern is leaking and will not fill up. It is a closed cup cistern with a button to flush it at the top.
Anthony turned up as agreed and was polite and professional. He spent about 4 hours (including time to get parts) on the day and did an outstanding job. He was careful and thorough on the job, ensuring what he fixed was done properly, and cleaned up afterwards! He was also very obliging in fitting a new toliet seat, which I wanted done additionally on the day. He charged the fixed price as agreed before the job, and an extra £15 for fitting the toliet seat. We were so pleased with his service we actually gave him a big tip! something I thought I would never do when getting trades people in!!
Would definitely recommend him, and will use Anthonys services again.
