"Sorry, but i had no option for the quality one as it seems either good or bad, there are no middle of the road options. I was happy with the price for the job considering how long they were, but there are three main bones of contention. 1. The waste pipe from the basin to the WC outfall leaks when you flush the toilet, required 3.5 hrs remedial works to put right, they fitted the waste pipe in a slipshod manner that was a recipe for disaster, and was condemned by two other tradesmen i got to perform the remedial work. The connection of the waste water pipe from the hand basin was connected to the WC outflow with no Boss Clam, merely drilling a hole and then feeding the pipe in. This caused a blockage when the waste was stopped by this pipe, which should never have been there. They drilled a hole in the wall for the waste pipe to go through BEFORE checking that this was going to be okay, leaving a hole in the wall now filled with, believe it or not , mastic???? 2. The wood they replaced the damaged flooring had knots that were missing - thus causing cold air to rise through these - should have been easy to spot. 3. Removed a panel in our bedroom to access cold water tank, but did not replace this and left debris from the plasterboard on our bed. - Not impressed with this point particularly. This should have been left as it was found. And a more minor point; I could be wrong but should a wall mounted light switch be changed to a ceiling pull-cord type one when a basin is fitted in a toilet, to negate the chances of electrical shock. Just to confirm THEY DID NOT CARRY OUT THE REMEDIAL WORK AS THEY REFUSED TO, UNLESS I AMMENDED MY FEEDBACK, THIS IS BLACKMAIL TO ME. All aspects of the work they carried out was repeatedly condemned by other tradesmen who i had to find to rectify the work they carried out. My advice would be to give them a wide berth at all costs."
