"Wayne was willing to provide a number of estimates over the phone based on what he expected would/could be required and was willing to do the job on a Saturday and save me using my annual leave. Wayne did a very thorough job explaining why different checks had to be done and provided useful hints and tips on general gas boiler matters as he went along that were useful to know. For the job done and time spent it was a very reasonable fee. Wayne also said he would call after a week and check everything was ok, which is always reassuring."
