"Turned up on time and replaced the inner in my tap, whcih had been attacked by limescale. This did need dowing and the tap came on much easier afterwards, but the flow wasn't any better and subsequently stopped after about two weeks - root cause must be a blockage upstream of the tap. The quality of the work was fine, but I will have to get someone in again to fix the probelm because the problem was only partly resolved."
