New toilet to be installed in a new position to include moving the waste pipe to be tapped into soil stack, hot and cold water suply for new shower and fit low profile shower tray with waste to soil stack, new radiator to be connected.
I wouldnt hesitate to reccomend Emin to anyone looking for a plumber / bathroom installer, my search has ended he will now be my first choice all of my future plumbing work. Graham WD25

Dishwasher needs removing but valve/stopcock has seized/broken. Please quote for repair, install new dishwasher (already onsite) and remove old applaince.
Haven't seen the quality as the property was tenanted but arrived as requested and charged what was quoted. Very good communication and very helpful.

Richard came and did the job no fuss, it was more tricky and took longer than expected but he didnt charge anymore which was good! altogether very nice trustworthy type of chap who i would use again and have no trouble recommending him to others, many thanks!

A downstairs toilet needs the cistern repaired or replaced. There is also a large double convector radiator that needs to be removed and refitted with proper plasterboard wall fixings. The radiator also has a slight leak at the joint of the TRV and the inlet pipe, which needs to be rectified when refitted.
