First class tradesman. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Friendly , helpful and reliable. We encountered a few problems with a radiator fit, Monumental resolved the problem and worked above and beyond the call of duty.

I have on overflow pipe running from a downstairs loo to the back garden that has a constant flow and is causing a build up of "slime" against the wall - can this be fixed so there is no constant flow? Also, in the utility room, we have a sink which is leaking from the pipework under the sink - can this be fixed?
John arrived, assessed the job and indicated prices immediately. Straight down to work, job completed efficiently and quickly with an explanation of what was being completed. Price charged was the one discussed at start of job. Good work!

Replace exisiting electric shower with a new edition. Both Triton but different models both are 9.5W. Also replace ball cock in cold water tank and free siezed tap on water feed.
Ian provided a great service start to finish. He came to quote very promptly, resolved part of the issue (small leak) for free while he was there. Then followed up to ensure everything was clear, and again arranged to complete the job in good time and explained everything throughout. Would recommend and use again.

Toilets are difficult to flush. Water pressure in certain taps are poor. When I have the hot water taps running for a time, a loud noise eminates from the system.

He gave very good advice and ensured that everything had been done to the satisfaction of the customer. I would have awarded him 5 stars had the job not been dragged on for a bit too long, though there were unforseen complexities which should not be his fault.

Hi there, I live in a top floor flat with a lower pressure system. Following the advice of another plumber who recommended that I need an all house pump, I purchased a Salamander ESP75CPV 2.25 bar pump. Having since been let down by said plumber, I would like this pump fitted as soon as possible. In addition to this I also require a bathroom mirror to be fitted onto my bathroom tiles. I'm home weekdays by 4.00pm and Saturday is my only full day off work to have the job done so please no time wasters. Thanks in advance. Corey

Had problems with a shower unit. Had the valve and thermostat replaced 6 months ago and have has checked recently and all okay. However, the water has been going cold when on full flow. Had someone look at it a couple fo weeks ago and adjusted flow into boiler but now the thermestat on the shower now only provides scolding hot water so have had to turn the handle onto the cold water setting which makes the water warm. Previous person recommended pressure reduction valve on boiler inflow to reduce flow through (not very powerful) combi boiler.
