"Fran seemed reasonable when he arrived and sounded as if he knew what he was talking about, however, a leaking overflow became a thorough clean of the cold water tank. Probably necessary, however, £100-£150 and a couple of hours became 2-3 days and around £500. Once cleaned no cold water came through to any taps, toilet etc. Fran quoted another £400 to diagnose and sort out by starting at the bath taps (very keen to replace!) and possibility of ripping up the bathroom floor. I decided to find someone else. £100 later replaced stopcock and flowing water. Will not use again."
