Budget I'm not sure

Job My husband and I are looking to purchase a 1930's, semi-detached property in Bromley, Kent. We have had a home buyers survey carried out on the property and it has been recommended that we have the cold water storage tank replaced, due to rust and also the boiler system checked due to age. We are looking for an inspection to be carried out and for estimates of work to be provided. We would like for this to be carried out week commencing Monday 11th January.

Job leak affecting the ceiling in flat below mine, roughly where my bathroom is above

Comment I was delighted to receive call from Shaun 9.45 am after having posted request with rated people 10.45pm the night before, came round immediately and promptly identified and fixed possible cause of leak to flat below. He and Ben spoke with neighbours downstairs and provided assurance they needed. Leak has stopped to flat below so I am totally happy with outcome. Shaun and Ben were very good explaining everything and I felt at ease and that I wasn't being ripped off. Shaun was upfront and clear about charges. They didn't make a mess and even had plastic socks to cover their shoes so no foot prints to remove from carpet. I am delighted that I have found plumbers that I will use as a first port of call from now on. Thank you San
