Guil and his team gutted and refitted the bathroom in my flat. Guil was very good at explaining things clearly to me and got in touch whenever a decision had to be made on something. I found him to be calm and trusted him with my keys to get the job done when I was at work. I am very pleased with the results. The team worked well, they kept to time and were tidy. I have recommended him to my Mum so that he can do some work for her and I would definitely call on him again for any work in the future.

My Keston C55 wall mounted boiler has a small leak at the joint where the flow pipe connects into the boiler. Also. the narrow plastic ( overflow?) pipe connected to the top of the same "flow" pipe inside the boiler is dripping. Both these problems ONLY occur when the boiler/CH is off Being wall mounted there if full, easy access

Supply and replace old kitchen sink with new stainless steel sink. Also new tap. I have mixer tap. The old sink looks pretty ugly. I want it to fit in the existing hole so no carpentry is required.

I need to replace a radiator. The pipe work is already in place I have bought the replacment radiator and now just need some body to fit it for me.
Spoke to a very polite gentleman who was very quick to respond. The Job was booked for the next day at my convenience. Plumber arrived on-time and was very professional and did a really neat job. Clean and tidy and would defiantly use again. Thank you Steve

Boiler heats both water and radiators - 2 bedrroms, kitchen, living room and bathroom, hall - 6 rads in all. may also be a good idea to power flush the system. As current boiler is on the blink need this doing in the next week - not looking for a Rolls Royce boiler (or a rolls royce price). Will only consider people who have good feedback and are reasonably local as ideally i want someone to pick up ongoing maintenance

New shower pump required (pref salamander type) to be installed above hot water tank. Manufacturer's advice is to use no stop essex flange and anti gravity loop, so quote needs to take that into account. Thanks
