"Kevin called my mobile, agreed a price, I explained what I needed, not a problem, I confirmed the size of rad i needed, he arrived after chaing him for a time, measured rad, disappeared for 3 hours (lunch), chased him again, was told he had an emergency call out!!!, Rad fitted, not level, rad leaked all the time, left message after message, call after call and on New Years Eve after threatening to go to consumer protection, sent another plumber who wasn't surprised at the work left, rad still leaking, then numerous txt messages left, calls left and I had to say I was going to my solicitor to get the job finished he called me, swearing at me and saying that he knew he had f---d me about and would call me to arrange a time, never did, called him again, then I received a txt saying another date and time, this time turned up, did the job he was paid to do and cracked my laminate flooring on my stairs as he left...I have worked with the building trade for over 10 years and never ever have a had a worse experience in my life...do not use. In all it took nearly 6 weeks to get the job finished- total waste of time."
