"The engineer called to say he is coming over to give us a "free" quote, not long after i had posted the job. He came over when he said he would and went upstairs to have a look. About 10-15 minutes later he came downstairs and said: "It was something very simple but i can't show you what it was cause i've put everything back in place. Basically the fan was a bit tilted so i've secured it. The cost for this is £70!". I had noted that the job was to be carried out within a month as i wanted to budget for it depending on the cost. He didn't even give me the chance to get other quotes!! "
