Electrical problem on the immersion heater is tripping out main fuse box.
The immersion is relatively new, installed 2 years ago.
Central heating timer needs replacing. This unit controls central heating on a gas fired Rayburn
Prompt, professional and prepared to go above and beyond. Paul was extremely helpful and identified the problem with the minimum of fuss and resolved the issue efficiently and inspired confidence and trust. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

My kitchen sink is leaking/ It is a blanco sink and there is a leak from the waste basket. I have tried to remove basket to reseal but have been unable to do so .Need help!

We have a badly leaking tap, there is no isolator to stop the water, so the internal stopcock has to be used. Unfortunately it is stuck and I don't wish to force it as may end up with a bigger problem. It needs either freeing or replacing.

The only thing left we think it could be is a blockage in the vent pipe. We need someone with a big ladder that can get upto the roof and inspect the vent pipe and unblock if needed. My shower is only Luke warm and doesn't get hot like it used to. I think it is something to do with the thermostat but also it started not getting hot as the weather got colder and the heating went on. This might just be a coincidence. We had a new pump fitted a year ago so I know that's ok, I just don't know why it's stopped getting hot.
