Central heating boiler stopped working. Old Thorn EMI Apollo model. Might be a pressure issue as I bled a radiator last night.....
Bogdan is punctual, polite and efficient. Problem was diagnosed and fixed within half an hour.

The barn is just been tiled. The studs for partitions will be up this week so we will be ready for first fittings.
There is a kitchen with dishwasher. Wetroom with shower, wall hung wc & basin. The water will be heated by electricity and a couple of dimplex solar panels. I will provide the fixtures and fittings and the tanking of the wetroom will be done. I am using an Aqua Dec and tile safe.
I have attached a floor plan of the flat to give you an idea. There is easy access for first fitting as no walls have been boarded.
