Have a few jobs. Looking to get A new stop cock fitted to our mains which is lead. Have a dripping mixer tap in our kitchen sink and need a new motorised valve fitted on the heating system.

we have a blocked toilet with water leaking out of the rear of the drainage pipe. probably one of teh seals is broken. as the cistern system is a build in one and side access is limited, the loo has to come off to access the back pipes and to check drainage pipes.
Karl was on time and quickly established the problem (compared to another overpriced local company which had received awards-apparently), very clean work and fairly good value for teh time spend.

system c 25 yrs old. d/s wall thermo does not work. need thermos on 3xupstairs rads. Powerflush needed. two radiators leaking slighlty, remove immersion tank and install combi. plumbing under kitcken sink to be removed and replaced.
Excellent service - did everything requested to high standard. Very competitive price.

The over flow pipe has water coming from main water tank in the attic, does not happen with heating or water no constant, it just happens random and we have now got to the point of turning off the mains from under the kitchen sink each night as there is no hot water in the morning due to it running all night long.
I assume its the cock stop in the main water tank playing up when it wants to?
