Job Fsupy and fit a combi boiler. There is an existing combi boiler in place so should be a straight swap. Can go a bit over budget.

Comment The job was carried out to an impeccable standard and at a very competitive price. I was given great information about boilers with no sales nonsense. The house was left clean and tidy. I had a couple of questions for Robbie the day after the boiler was fitted and he was back at my place within half an hour! So can’t fault the after sales care either. Tim

Budget Under £250

Job Have a shower which uses 2 x pumps to push water round to large shower head in a new en-suite bathroom fitted only a few years ago. No water coming from shower head just a few drips. Think it may be the pump but not sure as i can hear the pump working.

Job After toilet is flushed water still drips flows down into the toilet.

Job Remove old garden tap with broken isolator from main supply and fit new garden tap with isolator to enable turning off in winter.

Job Both kitchen and bathroom sinks are blocked, however the issues are not linked. The kitchen sink drains back into the washing machine.

Job THE COPPER PIPE THAT RUNS FROM THE HOT TAP IN THE BATHROOM SINK APPEARS TO HAVE A CRACK IN IT AND IS LEAKING.

Job I need one toilet stopcock freed, loft ones checked and freed if necessary, a new one cut in to a downstairs back to the wall toilet and bathroom basin taps (already puchased) changed.
