There is an unpleasant smell in one bathroom. No amount of cleaning, bleach, etc. seems to get rid of it. It is a problem specific to this one room.
Nice man. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He arrived on time. He seems to have solved the problem. He also looked at a couple of other issues and provided reasonable quotes.

Replace exisiting double radiator with a larger one. Pipework to be extended to reach - access to underfloor fine.
Rob replaced a radiator in an upstairs bedroom. When coming round to give the quote he was very flexible and ended up coming round on a Saturday morning as we could not do a time through the week. His quote was fully itemised and he even brought the catelogues round to give me the option of which components I would like - we ended up saving £50 on the radiator itself based this comparison of like for like products. When turning up to the job, he was punctual and prepared. He ordered all of the parts and had all of the kit he required. The quote included a couple of hours labour but Rob was clear up front that if the job took longer he would not charge additional in this instance (which did turn out to be the case). He also kept me up to date via text on the status of the components delivery. The job itself has been well done - system drained and refilled, underfloor pipes re-configured, new radiator installed. I am highly satisfied with the job and recommend Rob as a competent, friendly and highly trust-worthy individual. We have no hesitation in using him again for plumbing work in our home.

Water is leaking in a steady stream from the cold water overflow on the main cold water tank. Could be the ball valve control that has broken
