Updated : It is the faulty part that I mean should be repaired or replaced, not the entire cistern! Original : I have a problem with my toilet cistern - it has suddenly started filling very slowly after each flush. I am hoping it can be repaired or alternatively replaced and that it will be a relatively quick and inexpensive job.
The job was completed quickly, efficiently and "with a smile."
I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

need my toilet fixed. it is not flushing correctly and it make quite a noise when the water fills up. to prevent the loud noise I use a jug to fill up quicker so that the noise can stop.

Remove double radiator from present position to adjoining wall,access to under floor available.
Paul Mclanachan arrived on time ,did a fine job in awkward area , I will use this tradesman again if similar work needs doing. Recommended

When I turn on any hot tap the water is just a slow trickle and not heating up.
Hot water comes via combi boiler central heating working fine cold water is fine also.
Water pressure gauge on boiler indicates pressure in system is ok
Came out a bit later than he thought he might be but still was willing to come to our house at 8pm on a friday night.
Assesed the job quickly and profesionally completed with no fuss.
Pleasant guy did a good job , no one likes to have to shell out money in these times however he did the job for a very reasonable price.
Would I use him again ? 100% yes

I'm not sure
the drain pipe in question is old metal which is dripping outside when I empty the sink this needs replaced with a new plastic drain pipe.The property is 1 floor up.
The pipe is from the kitchen sink. It goes through the outer wall, down the side of the building and joins onto plastic pipe coming from my down stairs neighbours house.
The plumber came and viewed the job on time.
The next day he did the job working very hard outside in the falling snow without any complaint.
He was very reliable and did a good job. I would consider using him again.

I'm not sure
we have bad damp in our en-suite flat only 6 years old, maybe a burst pipe, we have mushrooms growing inbetween our tiles. its yuck
hugh came saw and got on with a brilliant and very reasonable priced job, defo would recommend him to family, friends and you of course!! will use again
