"Happy with work done on watertank upstairs to stop overflow problem. Also fitted now outside tap for £40.00 which was good value. However misdiagnosed toilet not flushing properly as needing a new siphon (he said perforated diaphragm) but this did not solve the problem. Also when he put the toliet back together he left it leaking from under the cistern (it didn't before) - so he left us with a worse situation and charged £40.00 for the privilege. When asked what would solve it he said we needed a whole new toilet ! (a subsequent plumber found that some detritus had become lodged in the top of the pan)."
