They arrived on time, got the problem sorted quickly, charged only the call out fee and were very professional - good banter!

I recently moved into a new home, the sink had been leeking since I moved in. I never really looked at it till I had my new washing machine installed, I was also due to install a new dishwasher, however the person bringing it said he never had the part, then told me to go get it from B&Q (they didn't have it). I had to take the part out that fitted the washing machine to show them and they were no help, now another part of the plumbing uner the sink is leeking and I need to have a basin under there and my dishwasher is sitting not being used, this across the small room from the sink. Any ideas help would be appreciated!

Church requires 3 quotes for repairs to guttering and rainwater pipes. May be better suited to builder this job but all quotes very welcome. There are three lengths of pipe coming down from the church roof that are leaking and need replaced or repairing. There is also two section of guttering leaking and in need of repair. We know that one of the 'down pipes' from the roof is blocked at ground level. We look forward to hearing from interested parties.

The pressure relief valve termination of our boiler has been deemed unsafe through the landlord gas safety checks. I think the problem is that it doesn't bend into the wall. The flat is on the 3rd floor above a pedestrian commercial street so access may be a challenge. However, the bedroom window is situated next to the cupboard which holds the boiler, so there may be a way to solve this. I'm looking for quotes on carrying out the necessary work and estimated timescales. Trademen must be Gas Safe Registered and provide written proof to confirm the work has been carried out and the appliance deemed safe. Look forward to hearing from you.
Joe got in touch straight away and talked me through what would be required; also provided sound advice. We arranged an appointment and the work was carried out that day. Would absolutely use JMS Plumbing again.

old shower unit is of lower rating.it has poor flow on hot setting.want to upgrade.shower unit and electrics are located on opposite sides of same wall.so should be easy.need it done quickly.

I need an electric shower removed and a power shower put in its place the power shower has already been purchased. I would also need fittings put into the kitchen for a washing machine to be installed as I recently had a new combi boiler installed in the kitchen and the plumber hasn't left any fittings to plumb in washing machine

I am having an ongoing problem with a water leak from my shower/bath area which is causing damage to the wall. I tried to seal this myself but have clearly not sorted the problem. I also had a plumber come out an take a look but, although improved, he has also not completely resolved the problem. I am not an expert, quite clearly, but potentially I may want someone to diagnose the problem, strip the old sealant and re-seal the whole bath and shower screen area at one end of the bath.
