we have an old cast iron soil pipe which is cracking and needs replacing
jamie arranged to do some work for me and emailed to say he would come on tuesday 2nd october he never turned up and did,nt even phone or text to tell me.when i tried to call him his number was unavailable

Some radiators are working upstairs in house, but none downstairs. Boiler is Glow Worm Hide Away series with balanced flue. I've been on to Glow Worm support and they say it sounds like an external pump, and I need a plumber as they wont do the work.
Phil turned up on time the day after I spoke to him, and did a fantastic job. We have heat again and all at the price Phil quoted. Don't hesitate to call him.

This is not a very big job. We have an Ideal Standard dual flush toilet. The inlet to the toilet cistern drips all the time, even when the cistern is full. It is not clear how to get into the mechanism. We would like the drip sorted out!
Very conscientious. Impressed us by finding a difficult to locate spare part.
Very satisfied with everything he did.

I am in the process of selling my house and my buyers have asked me to provide them a Gas Safety Certificate for my boiler so I am looking for a plumber who can undertake this test for me at as reasonable price. I had been quoted £55.00 by a plumber, arrangements were made for him to come and undertake the test but he did not turn up!....Reliability is a must please.

A hot water tap ran cold first thing Sunday, so checked what has been a serviced and reliable Main Medway boiler. Saw it was dripping and that the pilot light gone out. No spark visible when checked, so pilot light out and can't relight. Now no hot water to kitchen and bathroom, so visiting relatives having to make do with the back up of water boiled in kettle!
Did a professional job at a decent price. Will use again for any gas / heating work.

2x radiators leaking, 1 bathroom tap loose at fitting to sink in bathroom
Great, turned up on time as promised which was early the following day. The work was done quickly. and explained what he was doing and why which helps, nice guy.

1) BATH TAP (HOT WATER) LEAKING - WONT SHUT OFF PROPERLY
2) TOILET OUTLET PIPE DRIPPING DUE TO WORN BALL COCK VALVE
Excellent Service provided by 'Nick' the Plumber, who works for Eric's. This was a difficult & tricky Job and Nick sorted it without fuss and was not put off when the job became more complicated than he had first thought.
Standard call out charge is £66 which at first seemed a little steep but you get what you pay for in this life! Nick stuck to his price despite the job taking two hours instead on one.
Well recommended!
