'EA' error on boiler saying that a flame is not detected. No heating or hot water. Need someone today as heavily pregnant daughter
After speaking on the phone we were 'promised' that there is NO call out charge, he would come and give us a quote & we can then decide whether we would go with him or not.Disappointingly he refused to leave without getting £40 off us after under 30 mins of 'assessing' the work, this would have been okay if he managed to fix it but he didn't! I am extremely upset & disappointed especially that I am heavily pregnant and have no time to call out another plumber today. A complaint has been made to ratedpeople.

2 radiators need replacing, one of which needs moving slightly, I have brand new rads, copper pipework needs extending from floor to above skirting boards!!
Andrew gave a written quote, which I thought was a little on the high side but after negotiation we agreed a price, Andy turned up on time, was diligent, clean working and thought about what was required before attacking the job, would I recommend him? yes definately, he's polite, diligent and honest.

We require removal of a walk in disabled bath,toilet and washbasin.The pump with bath is broken,therefore we'd need normal plumbing to replace that and the installing of a normal suite once chosen.
