"Spot on. Placed job spec at half 8 in the evening, got a phone call at 9pm saying he'd be round at 8am. Turned up at ten to 8. Steve followed manufacturer's guidelines to diagnose the fault - which suggested it was the fan. He said he wasn't happy with that as he thought it might be the board so phoned the manufacturer direct and walked it through with them. It turned out to be the board, so Steve was right and saved me buying a fan for no reason. All for a more than reasonable price, too. I'll happily use him again and have already recommended him to a couple of friends. "
